Account Creation and Login

Creating an account is the first step to accessing competitions and resources on the AlgoEd platform. This ensures your details are secure and tailored to your participation.

If you have an existing account

1. Visit the login page at app.algoed.co/login to log in.

If you do not have an account

1. Visit the signup page at app.algoed.co/signup.
2. Provide your personal information. For students under 13 years old, a parent or guardian must handle this process to comply with age restrictions and provide consent.
3. Verify your email when prompted to activate the account.

Common Issues and Tips

• If you encounter login errors, such as forgotten passwords, use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset via email.
• We currently only support student accounts. Teachers can create an account using the format "First Name, Last Name, Teacher" (e.g., "John DoePaula Daurat Teacher") to distinguish your role. Register for a specific competition to receive updates and communications alongside students. We are currently building school panels which will allow teachers greater observability and control.
