Updating Profiles and Names

Profile updates are essential for accurate representation in competitions, certificates, and communications. Common issues include typos or display errors from initial sign-up.

Solution

  • Log in to your account at app.algoed.co/login and navigate to "Personal Info" by hovering over your profile on the top right corner.
  • Edit fields like name, email, or other details directly; press ‘Update Personal Information’ when complete.
  • If an incorrect name shows on your certificates, you can directly fix the issue by  following the steps above. After you’ve made the changes, refresh the page, your name on the certificate is updated.
